I know most don't take this view, but I think its hard to pass up a Rookie who actually can contribute this year as opposed to only projected performance - too many prospects flame out, at worst you get a good year from someone, and odds are just as good they will continue to contribute as the untested player. If nothing else the fact the team used them at all matters - how many rookies end up never getting a real shot?

Anyway, for that reason I have to think Street deserves to be in the top 10, in fact I'd have him top 5. Probably a couple of others as well - Duke, Cano - deserve consideration.
