As Baseball Prospectus pointed out, in 2005, Reyes was in the top 5, all-time, in outs made in a single season.
His OPS was .686 last year...he'd be a pinch runner on my team.
He may develop, but it's the classic..."you can't steal first base."
I wouldn't offer too much for Reyes, although alot of people overvalue the steal.
