The idea we need to cut to below what we expect will be the cap seems silly. We've all waited patiently for months now. Hopefully this won't be an issue as it appears the B14 Championship has concluded and Mike's bulletin indicated that was the holdup to running ballpark effects and stat changes which would allow the PB caps to be announced. Let's hope.
