I have been a PB player for some time; I have dealt frequently directly with Mike and Dwight. These are two fine guys who would never try and influence the results in any way. Also, they have everything to lose and nothing to gain from jury-rigging the games - especially the LL's, which is PB with training wheels.

So, to accuse them of cheating is stupid and unfair.

There are good explanations for virtually all the so-called "problems" identified by the whining sore losers and illiterates who can't read the manual.
