I'd say start making cuts after the second round of rookie picks are in.

While the cap will move some, most likely your PB value will move the same direction, thus if you are under now by 2-3 points, you will be under after the data update.

Also remember that your rookie picks will add to your cap value.

With the current system we still need Mike home, not on the road driving, thus the schedule most likely won't change. Hopefully this will be the last year like this and all the changes will take place this year.

Now I just need to figure out what I'm doing wrong since none of my teams are near the cap. Hmmmmmm
