I don't think a delay is necessary.
The new limits should be upcoming this weekend.
It's tough having such a high team PB value, and having to cut good players, but in the interest of some league parity, it only affects a few teams each year.
I'm sure alot of the losing teams have no problem seeing a few better free agents available.
