It's a discussion ender. Anyone who disagrees with you is being unfair and acting improperly. Game over. Tone it down a few notches on the dial and people will hear you better.

2) Two weeks ? Tim, are you going on vacation somewhere ? I agree with Mike Douglas that 2 or 3 days should do it, so if we get the Cap numbers Sunday then let's stick to the schedule. Any later and push it back until 2 days after we get them. Two weeks ? I have no clue where that comes from.
