Virtually every name below - complaining - is a manager with one or more (some many more) teams with cap problems. I thought when the cap was initiated several years ago (with much debate from the same persons) it was meant to level the playing field. It hasn't much done that as far as I can see so these good managers should be willing to cut this board some slack and let Bravard (who is not stupid and can see what's going on) do his thing. One of the biggest reasons we lose managers is the season does not hold their attention. Out 39 games after 75 and they start to leave in droves. I don't blame them - you see it happen all the time in roto leagues. I say make the cap 10 points lower, that would be fair ro all.
