I don't know precisely to which rules you refer but I know you've been around PB many years. Do you recall there ever being a year we didn't have the new PB cap number at least several days before the rookie draft begins. To say your cap situation isn't related to who you take in the rookie draft is ludicrous. If I am close to the cap and have one or more rookie picks, I obviously need to select low PB value prospects and bypass rookies like Houston Street.

I have to agree with Tim Alt. There has always been a vocal minority in PB who would love to see those of us who are relatively more successful be penalized. We don't have any issues with small cap markets and large cap markets. Everyone has the same opporunity in PB. The long term differences lie in commitment, skill and a good bit of luck.
