Some folks posted recalling that Mike said the cap was at 109 before the Park Effects are run.

But there is no place on this web site (that I can find) where there is any viewable message from Mike indicating what the cap is. (It was up under Org bulletins at one time but now is gone).

So unless you have a good memory or are really following these bulletin board discussions you are in the dark.
