Brian may be wrong!
I agree that the official CAP numbers should already have been out and it wrong that they are not. However most of the teams that I checked out that are in CAP trouble have not cut their rosters to 27 players. The lowest one I saw was at 28 players but most are 30+ players.
The CAP only applies when the roster are cut to 27 players after the Rookie Draft. If you have 29 players with a PB value of 119.48, as one team does, then you have problems even without drafting anybody.
It is unfortunate that Brian made his last comment. If you take over a team that has a PB value in the low 90's or worse CAP values don't really apply, so why worry about them.
The leagues must remain competitive or people will not play any more. Tim you may not like a Welfare State as you call it but how would you like PB to fold. Tim, Brian, MIke if you guys can see a better way to keep the leagues competitive let's hear it.
