The problem is that no-where on this web site (that I can find) is an official post from Mike of what the value is.

I think he posted a few weeks back under the League Bulletins but can't find that now.

Someone posted here that they thought it was 109 so I've been running with that.

This whole uncertainty proves my point. We need a clear statement of what the cap is posted in an area that is easy to find so that there is no ambiguity.
