Last night I thought of a possible solution to the CAP problem. I don't remember if this idea has ever been brought up before but here it is.

Run the leagues like MLB does with their salary cap. Your teams PB rating can be as high as you want but you would have to pay, say $1 extra each month per point that your team is over the CAP number. Say the CAP number is 112 and your team is at 119.25 then you would pay an extra $7.25 a month for that team. The extra money could go for improvements to PB: staff, upgrades, etc.

I don't even know if this idea is feasible but at least it is something to think about.
