Even though they have 30+ guys still they know who they'll cut. They're holding on to them to try and flip them for FA upgrades. I can also guarantee that they know what their PB value total is minus the gus scheduled for cutting.

Just because they haven't been cut yet officially doesn't mean the GM in question hasn't done the math already.
