What Does This Mean ???

If you want a young player, as you suggest, then make sure you give up enough to get him!

Doesn't every team have the right to pick whoever is available when their turn in the draft rolls around? All people are asking is to be given the Cap number early enough so that they can draft a player who will fit under the cap.

That's why the cap,

Where do I start? Yes, we have the cap to equalize the leagues. The idea wasn't to make people guess what the Cap is and act accordingly.

that's why we have the same teams winning season after season

What leagues are you in? I'm in 5 leagues and in the last 3 years those leagues have had 14 different Champs (Out of a possible 15). There was one repeat winner. You'd have institute a "Kill the Winner" rule to get any more parity.

because they don't want to give to get and want everyone else to bow down to thier wants.

I'd bet the successful teams trade more than the unsuccessful ones. A trade is by definition an agreement that both sides can live with. Are you suggesting the stronger teams use that Jedi mind thing on other GM's?

No one is re-opening the Cap issue here, they jusy just want to know what the Cap number is. Is it that hard to understand that?
