With the cap announcement at 112 I don't feel any of my teams is adversely affected (I had been thinking the cap was 109).

But In Principle I think that 48 hours should have been given so that anyone who was affected had a more reasonable amount of time to get it fixed. I would have proposed a Thursday start.

This is the last I'll say about it. It would have been nice to get a better resolution (i.e. Thursday start), but sometimes you just have to accept that a C+ is the best you can do.
