In 7 of my leagues there have been one or more trades made since the official cap limit was announced yesterday afternoon. I also know of several other trades either awaiting Commish approval or close to completion which should run later tonight or tomorrow before the rookie drafts begins. Maybe you are just in slow leagues.......
