I think this is the first time I have ever replied to my own post but...this is the statement Mike B made on trading between drafts..."Trades muist be equal in numbers of players and FA picks. In other words after a legal trade both teams will have some combination of FA picks and players equaling 35." So anything goes as long as the trade is equal in the combination of players and picks.
