Below is the bulletin I posted on Thursday.
I believe it is clear.
The manual does not refer to these trades because this trading period is an ADD-ON due to popular demand. It is a bonus trading period which veterans will tell you is fairly new.
The 10-12 AM CT time below is really 10 AM as I will start cutting rosters at that time.


Thursday bulletin:

1. Trades must be equal in numbers of players and FA picks. In other words after a legal trade both teams will have some combination of FA picks and players equaling 35. I will reject any trade which is not equal in numbers!
2. No trades will be approved before cut to 27 is made (Sunday 10-12 AM CT approx.). They can be agreed to before cut to 27 but if a player involved in a trade is cut, the trade will fail.

3. I will be on the road from Monday morning March 27 until Monday the 3rd of April---two days before the FA draft begins (WED 4/5 even though the schedule still shows 4/4). I will try to concentrate on "managed" trades during the week on the road. UNM trades will probably have to wait until the 48 hours or so before the FA draft. Ff you have a good UNM offer, go ahead and put it up though!
