Just curious,


Will all trades that have been approved, between the end of rookie and 27 man cutdown, by both managers be automatically approved by the commish?

My argument is , if two managers agree on a trade, they will be cutting their rosters according to the players they will be recieving. If after the cutdown and the commish rejects a trade, that will screw-up the managers rosters.
