I tend to agree (to a certain extent) with a lot of the comments that Anthony and GaryP made.

However, if the community believes something must be done then I think KenG's suggestion is the way to go.

And furthermore, I propose that the thing to do is hash this out and make a decision. If we need more parity then implement the FA draft order change. If we don't need more parity then do nothing.

Bottom line.... I'd like so see a decision made and get it over with. I'm tired of hearing the whining every year over parity. Let's either fix the problem (if it exists) or stop talking about it.
