I was looking at Iguchi's stats from the Japanese league and noticed two strange
things. In 2003 he walked 81 times while
only striking out 14 times....impressive.
However, in 2004 he walked only 47 times
and struck out 90 times! What a difference
a year makes. Another strange stat, this one
MUST be a typo, but in 2003 he stole 42 bases
and was caught 112 times! 2004, he stole
18 and never got caught.
