question about pitchers split stats
I was going through the pitching split stats (seeing I have a bit more time this season then others because a lay off from work) and I noticed an oddity I hadn't noticed before. That is the difference between runs/earned runs and the total RBI for the hitters. Could this be because of walking in a run? I know the batter gets the RBI, but for the pitching stats does it count as an RBI? If not, then that would explain it, if it does then why the difference?
