My thoughts:

At SS DP's and error's are both very important as the SS has tons of chances in a season, thus a guy low on both is problematic.

Depending on the cost and where in the lineup this hitter is hitting(good lineup and this hitter is in the #8 or #9 spot) I might just keep who I have, otherwise everything being equal I might lean slighty towards option "B". Almost any other position I'd go with "A"
