It's been my feeling that PB does a poor job at defense. Way too many 1B errors for sure. I generally go for better hitters over defense.

I have one team in D5 that will be an interesting study. The PB "FPCT" for my starting lineups includes...
C-8.4
1B-8
2B-6.2
SS-3
3B-9
LF-9.9
CF-7.7
RF-9.9

So, except at SS, my team should make very few errors...so it will be interesting to see if that holds up over a PB season.

I wish we could have "Team" defense stats in the stats section like we have team hitting and pitching. That would be a useful stat upgrade.
