Nice compromise would be keep the hold players at 27 and to help avoid sandbagging( its a theory:) is flip 1-8 FA draft opposit of rookie draft. 9-20,24 stays same as Rookie draft. Upside...rebuidling teams get another shot at a great young player thus makings rebuidling a team more appealing(hope helps reduces managerless teams in our league) also I think a big upside is during offseason when we trade picks know what we're actually trading for or given up. Lastly we can set our draft up sooner knowing what order we got.
