What's worse

(1) The fact that Johnny Gomes was available in the draft

(2) The fact that in K15 he fell to 3rd (Mark Ellis was taken 1st and Chris Shelton was taken 2nd)

(3) The fact that I originally held the 3rd pick but traded it to my archirival (Ken G's California Crush) with Chipper Jones for Andruw Jones and a FA#7, because while I wanted Gomes I assumed he would go 1st and I couldn't get him.



So while I thought I was giving up Chipper Jones and maybe Mark Ellis (who I couldn't use) for Andruw Jones, and in fact I gave up Chipper Jones and Johnny Gomes for Andruw Jones.... and to top if off I have too many CF and a corner OF would have been more useful.
