What happens when you run out of healthy players?
Please refresh my memory. I took over two rebuilding jobs and drafted youth. I tried to pick up a few pitchers to eat innings for me at the end of the FA draft and was unsuccessful so I'm going to be short healthy pitchers eventually.
What happens then?
