Try my approach to the Discussion Board. Only read posts by managers you know and trust; even if the are replys to other posts. Most likely you can determine what the original issue was from the response and you don't have to read all the petty garbage. In fact, you only have to read the informative stuff. Take it into consideration before you drop out.
