How do you feel about people being able to cut after the deadline has passed? It occurs to me, that this is what usually happens; a deadliine is announced, people don't adhere to it, and it is extended. Doesn't that reward the lazy or unscrupupous? Isn't it possible for them to look at what has been cut and cut accordingly knowing they what will be more able to replace?

How about,'Make the deadline or the cuts are made for you' - by the lowest PB value. Some degree of potential loss, (an injured star; i.e. Gagne) might lower this opportunity. The arguement that this too much burdens management increases an the arguement for an already expressed need for league managers.
