The owner that made you that offer has a longstanding reputation of making incredibly ridiculous offers. He keeps doing it because every so often someone someone signs one.

When I was playing RT I got to the point where whenever I saw an offer from that owner I didn't even bother responding, because trying to deal with him is a complete waste of time (unless you are stupid enough to fall for his moronic offers).
