I think this trade is a perfect example that displays the different perspectives of GMs. Who knows what the future will hold? Broglio for Brock looked good for the Cubs at the time, but let's not go there.

While I agree with Mike's assessment, I cannot feel that the integrity of the game is harmed by allowing the trade. The GMs reasoning, based upon their perspectives, seems sound.
