I submit the trade and left it up for probably 3 weeks before the guy decided to sign it.

Then Mike comes in with "Lee is so much better than Konerko and will be twice the ballplayer in 2007 and beyond, explain this trade" and the guy buys into Mike's story and says perhaps he "moved to soon."

Of course the fact that he changed his mind is sort of moot because when I asked Mike he said that we signed the same trade again he would veto it again unless the other guy could convince him why it was a good deal and why he was happy with it.

At this point I won't even bother any more. It will be interesting though to see if Lee ends up on someone else's team later in the year at a lower price.
