Well it may not have been against the baseball rules, but it was still against the law. Manny Alexander who was one of Sammy Sosa's best friends, was arrested for having steriods in his car after a traffic stop. I wonder who those steriods were for. Manny certainly didn't take him they way he couldn't hit.
