There seems to be a problem, at least in PB99RT3, with game being started/reported. I played my first game and when I went to report it the message said that the game was never started. I checked the schedule page and it did not say "IN PROGRESS" so I attempted to play the game 1 again, but this time it came up with my opponents game 2 starter with 0 BFA. I stopped the game 2 and e-mailed the Commish and Technical.
