I think it would be wrong for the COMMISH to step in and veto either of these unless they are with UNM teams. Managers need to be allowed to play their hunches unless there is an obvious problem or a history of trades between two teams always favoring one team. If 2 players agreed to these, leave it alone. I'd be upset if I had agreed to either of these trades only to be 2nd guessed.


If UNM teams are involved then I think the COMMISH has to act as manager of the UNM team and isn't obligated to accept a trade that doesn't fit his personal player evaluation. If it were me deciding on a UNM trade as COMMISH, I'd let the Dunn trade go through if the UNM team is getting Dunn and the King Felix/Hudson trade go through if the UNM team is getting Felix. But I wouldn't scream foul if he decided to accept the trades as shown.
