"Last year I took over a crappy team. Here are the players I picked up during the year in the FA draft:
Aaron Hill
Zach Duke
Felix Hernandez
Scott Baker
Sergio Mitre
The very first draft looked like crap, but one player came out of that round that I missed, Chris Shelton. 7 other teams missed him as well.
When you combine the guys above along with the 2-3 guys I'll get in the coming rookie draft, you can see that picking up players and turning your team around can happen quickly in RT."
