Although I disagree with Ken in that I think it is easier to rebuild in TRAD than RT [because in TRAD you can go for future prospects while the top contenders are looking for good current year stats], I think you need to be patient in evaluating the monthly RT drafts.

It seems to me the first draft is usually a little weak, 2,3 & 4 is where the best players are - and 5 is usually the weakest draft.

First year players have to get 150 PA's and pitchers 50 IP or 25 games, so some of the later call-ups haven't accumulated that amount yet.
