I agree with the commish...Launch Leagues are a free trial, and if you consider them like the full season leagues you are missing the point. They exist for 2 purposes: to promote PB and to screen for serious managers. In LLs managers quit all the time, it's no big deal. They try it and don't like it. If a manager with little knowledge of baseball wants to try it, great!!! Thats how we learn. If I ever do a launch league again it will be experimental, drafting all defense or all speed or something. Keep LLs in perspective.
