I chose R Hernandez as a 11th round pick but only because six of the top ten picks opted out.
I too think changes have to be made. If nothing else the first six picks should be by lottery among the six worst records. Its easy enough to figure out the present order basd on PB value. After that perhaps anyone who gets a first choice should automatically go to the next tier(picks 6-12) for the next round or even rest of the season.
Surprisingly in 99RT4 the only two managers we have lost were managing first place teams. Ed
