I like the detailed info on the degradation suffered for a player who plays out of position such as a rated SS playing 3b. But how is his fielding determined if he's rated at several positions except the one he's playing. For example,a player is rated at SS,2b, and LF. How is his fielding determined for playing 3b (or for playing RF)? Hopefully it is calculated from all 3 rated positions, and the best is used.
