According to the manual, PB season starts on the first Thursday of May. In 2000 that would be May 4th. The MLB season opens in 2000 around the first week of April. That leaves a one month span for the rookie and FA drafts to be held. I'm just guessing but I'd say that at a maximum we will be 2-3 weeks into the MLB season when the rookie draft is held. I can't see it being any more than thay but it could certainly be less.
