Should a manager that ignores his team, as you say you do, be rewarded with higher draft picks?
In MLB managers must worry about serious injuries and checking out rookies so they bench starters.
We don't have those concerns. Also this benching occurs after roster expansion whereas in PB some teams are doing this early in the season. Ed
