Interesting idea.... one guy GM's other guy manages.... but I don't think it would fly.

I guess the most important question... which I should have asked first... is how many people are really throwing games by leaving stars on the bench. I've never really seen it. Is it really going on or is this a fantasy in someone's mind.

I know some teams (very few) that are so deep that they have a total of 12-14 players worthy of starting fulltime. And thats only counting the good ones. That doesn't count guys that play every day and aren't any good. So do you really want to punish them for building a great team by having half their players become disgruntled? That doesn't seem like a good solution either.
