You should probably take some time to look at some league leader boards in other leagues. There is plenty of pitcher dominance if you look for it.

There are a couple of reasons why in general hitters fare better in a 20-team SIM than pithcers.

1. There is a wealth of offensive depth in today's games. Many players who don't get a chance ot play on some teams can get more prominant roles in A DRAFT LEAGUE. On the orther hand, there is very little pitching depth, so a 20-team league favors offensive and not pitchign dominance.

2. The platoon factor is very difficult on most pitchers (especially LHP) but it is much more difficult to "stack" your pitchers in order to defeat a particular offensive team. There are times when starting a particular LHP agaisnt a team with problems against LHP will help his overall stats, but its much easier to "load up" against pitchers. The single most effective tool agaisnt a hitter is a tough reliever late in a game---but how often does that opportunity present itself?
