You're probably right

Parch quote
---------------------------------
I still like the the platoon innoc idea, which is the same as making everybody "platoon" under the
existing rules. When a player runs out of AB's on a certain side, he should become lousy on that side.
He shouldn't be able to use his total AB's for a specific advantage.

You are probably right about this one. If I have a 250 PA hitter that in real life only hit 80 times against lefties put killed them I have a tendency to use this guy regularly and accumulate 150 or more PA vs. lefties. And that probably isn't the most realistic situation.

Although I suppose most any simulation would allow you to "abuse" the stats in this way. As long as everyone knows what the rules of the game are ahead of time everyone is playing on the same level. Launch Leagues will see this type of thing to a larger degree than Perpetual Leagues.

And when looked at in this light I suppose its a potential problem worth looking at. But In my opinion there are worse problems that need help first.
