Not including real time, I count 25 traditional leagues so someone would have to sit out, unless there was a double league winner. Not everybody might want to participate as well so there could even be a couple of robot teams if it's a 24 team league. I don't think that would be a problem.

I think a free champions league would be a nice reward, but of course that is up to management.
