I've played with dynamic decisions for years. Problem is that in REAL baseball the manager doesn't make all these decisions. The players & presumably 3rd base coach have this delegated to them. So while it's an adjustment, and I DO periodically adjust my tendency during games at home, it seems realistic enough to me and plays oh so smoothly. 90% of all decisions on bases in APBA become automatic anyway. Just my 2 cents worth but I like having a little of that feeling of helplessness occasionally, like a real manager.
