I wonder how much of an advantage a manager would have by attending a live draft over a manager using lists? It could be significant.

Attendance would be a major factor. A date/time would have to be selected with virtually no flexibility. I could see attendance as low as 50% so if those that were lucky enough to attend had a significant advantage, it just wouldn't be fair.
