The idea listed above is a good one.

Here is another thought. The Old (Original) leagues are named after Hall of Fame Hitters, and Mike has suggested naming the new Traditional leagues after Hall of Fame Pitchers. How about naming the Real Time Leagues after Negro League stars? Or maybe even open it up to executives, broadcasters, and umpires that are in the hall of fame too.

i.e. Paige 24, Gibson 25, etc

or Landis 24, Rickey 25, etc
